Shipping Policy

At Mombrite, we understand the importance of delivering your fresh, handcrafted laddus quickly and safely. We’re committed to providing a smooth and transparent shipping experience across India.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons or special promotions, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India to most PIN codes.
  • If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund (if payment is already made).

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹550.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹49 to ₹79 is charged on orders below ₹550, based on order weight and location.
  • For remote or special delivery zones, additional courier surcharges may apply, which will be shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on courier service availability, weather conditions, or national holidays.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
    • A shipment confirmation email/SMS
    • A tracking link to follow your delivery in real-time

Packaging & Handling

  • All laddus are packed in food-grade, hygienic packaging to maintain freshness and quality.
  • We ensure secure, tamper-proof packaging for safe transit.

Delivery Failures

  • In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unavailability of recipient, the courier will attempt redelivery.
  • If unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping may incur additional charges.

Damaged or Wrong Delivery?

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  1. Click pictures of the product and outer packaging.
  2. Share them with us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
  3. We’ll verify and issue a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
