Return & Refund Policy

At Mombrite, we take great pride in delivering fresh, handcrafted laddus made with care, love, and premium ingredients. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair Return & Refund Policy to ensure hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Returns Not Accepted

We do not accept returns for any of our food items once delivered, as they are:

  • Perishable in nature
  • Meant for personal health and wellness
  • Packaged to maintain hygiene and safety standards

Once the product leaves our facility, we cannot resell or reuse it, and hence, returns are not possible.

Replacement or Refund Applicable If:

You may be eligible for a replacement or full refund in the following situations:

  • You receive the wrong product
  • The packaging is damaged or broken during delivery
  • You receive a defective or expired item
  • The order is not delivered due to our error

To initiate a refund or replacement request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Order ID and details
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Refund Process

  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If your payment was made via COD, we will issue a bank transfer to your provided account within 7 working days.
  • We may offer you a discount code or store credit as an alternative, depending on your preference.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by calling or emailing us.
  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Important Notes

  • Please do not accept any package that appears tampered with or damaged during delivery. Inform the delivery agent and notify us immediately.
  • We reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement if the claim is found to be invalid or raised beyond the 48-hour window.
